Hi Friends and Family! And happy late Mothers Day to all of the Moms! It was such a treat getting to talk with my family on Sunday! Its crazy that that was my last time Skyping in the mission! Time has flown by so fast! May I just say that my Mom is the best! I'm so glad to have such an amazing example in my life. My mom has always been there to support us even when her health started taking a turn. Words can't describe how grateful I am to have a Mother such as my mom.
Man this week has been a week of changes so I'm just barely getting the chance to write.
But here's the recap of this week.
Monday 5/2/16 we did a complete clean of the house and we made a huge pile of junk to get rid of. The best way as always was to burn it.

Wednesday we Moved the Hermanas from Peru to open up the new area of Oriente in Mazate Las Flores! So we were doing that all day but unfortunately it started raining super hard at night so we weren't able to go and move their beds in to their house.
Thursday, was a day of miracles! We went to go and help out the Zone of Mazate Lincoln. We had their Zone Meeting and the and went out to eat as a Zone and I went with Elder Preciado and Elder Alfaro to Cuyotenango. We had a bunch of interviews to do, we went to visit a family and then a family of less actives. We then were going to go back to the city of Cuyo but the Elderes said they wanted to interview another guy that had asistence. They told me that he had been dropped by them for 3 weeks because he wasn't progressing. But when I started the interview the spirit strongly impressed me to just invite him to be baptized that week. I taught him the basic doctrine and then I invited him to be baptized that Saturday. And he accepted! He live in Cuyo but lives by a big Ceiba tree taking care of all of the Papaya trees. But his wife had died 5 years ago and he never receives any visits from his children. I taught him about eternal families and he told me the thing that made him feel that this was the true church was hearing in General Conference about Families. ''That,"he said ''Is how things should be. That, Is the true church of God.'' After the interview we said goodbye and he just started crying. He told us he loved having us visit him. And he asked the Elders of Cuyo what time would his baptism be. Surprised that someone they had dropped to give some time had just asked them what time he could be baptized, they set of a time. Jose Montes was baptized last Saturday.
Friday we headed out Coatepeque to do some interview in La Reforma. An area super far away from Coatepeque. A member that used to live in San Marcos now lives there and has been going to church with her kids and some other family members. We went to go and teach them with Elder Hill and Elder Mendez. We put the fecha with the two kids and interviewed them and they also were baptized on Saturday.
On Saturday we also had a few milagros in Monterrey. Remember the Guy named Jose that came to church a month a go with his girlfriend, that we had invited to church? Well we passed him over to the other Elderes so that they could teach him with more frequency. And this Saturday he, and his brother Javier got baptized!!!!! Also Estephanie, the girl we've been teaching, was baptized! It was such a great experience to see youth taking such a great step in their lives and deciding to be baptized. Almost the whole zone was there to support them.
Sunday they were all confirmed members of church and we got to talk with our families! Then we helped out President with the Changes for this week! It was Elder Kahl's first time so it was pretty exciting!
Anyway, that's kinda the wrap up of last week! This week's letter will be here soon as well!
